Setting alarms on my phone help to remind me… I also use the notes on the phone to help me remember long term things… from SLC, Utah
I keep a pocketbook calendar that I write in of things to do and reminders on me so that I literally have it in plain view
Omg thank you, Tina and FSF Team!! My plate always overflows, especially since some elder family members have needed more and more help! In order to manage and keep all their schedules coordinated, I enter all events and reminders with reminder notifications!! I always set notifications for 1 week ahead, 1 day ahead and 3 hrs prior to the event. It may seem like a lot but when coordinating for 5+ people, it really helps!! Also, I always keep a water bottle and protein bar in my bag for emergencies!!
Hello from Columbus, Ohio! I use automatic reminders on my phone and a detailed calendar (and color coded) in the household for all to see!
Hey Karina from Winter Garden, Fl. I keep a calendar on my fridge to help me remember things. But to be honest, I count a lot with my memory (and I shouldn’t because I keep forgetting things) 😅
My number one tip is to use THIS APP DAILY!!! I’ve saved hundreds of dollars and with it I have helped my family and friends download and use the app too!!
I figured out how to link the school calendar to my iPhone calendar by adding the link to the subscription in the settings , this allows all school events to be in my already I don’t have to add them. I also have a fridge calendar so I can see the super important stuff everyday. Here in Saint Louis Missouri 😀
Hi I’m from Pittsburgh, PA. I would keep a calendar of my four daughters activities and colorcode them each color per child. I would also make grocery lists online for pick up later and each child would tell me what they want for lunches, practices, and snacks. This helped a great deal so I knew who liked what.

I manage my time using the reminders app from Apple. I set the alarm or not in all activities that I need to get it done. It can daily, weekly or monthly. I also take notes on the Remarkable 2.
I have 4 daughters and I would keep one calendar but color code it with each child. Or helped us all to read it easier. And I do online grocery pickup. Everyone shouts out to me in the kitchen what they want for lunches, snacks, and protein bars. 🙂
