Adelynn from Atlanta, Georgia. When managing busy schedules, I like using any app that allows me to create a checklist for my day. It’s even more helpful if there are small encouragement notes throughout the day as well.
I will schedule a week prior and will include my kids in all household activities and other activities they like and we are reading form New Jersey
Tatiana from Florida, some tools I use to manage a busy schedule is planner, calendar that we have for family reminders and it’s on our fridge and phone alarms/reminders through phone calendar. Hope this helps!
I like to right down a to do list in the morning daily planners also help I’m from Jamestown NY
After chemo I could not remember anything and with 4 kids I had to write everything down. The key is writing pen to paper in a planner, make sure the planner is broken into hours.
