We have a family calendar that everyone checks before they make any appointments or commitments. This helps a lot with having all 6 ( 3 teenagers, 1 tween, hubby and I) of us in the know and it’s a best way to prioritize our family time. Be it an out of town vacay or just a movie night at home. Hellooo how I manage a busy schedule? I use planners and kitsch calendar, I plan out everything for the month that’s going on. Make sure kids help as much as they can. And crockpots lol I also try to plan my meals out ahead of time.
