Hello, I’m Tonia from Atlanta! Love your blog!! To manage my busy schedule I use a planner and my phone. Every meeting,, special event, appointment, and even me time is scheduled into the calendar on my phone and written in my planner. I have reminder alarms (gentle reminders) set for upcoming events. There are two: one the day before and one 30 minutes before travel time if applicable. Needless to say, I’m lost without one or the other! 😂
I enjoy writing ✍🏾 my daily schedule of everything needed to be done that day and going from there it makes me way more productive and I feel like I’ve accomplished so much! I have 4 children there for I’m always busy but with how times are I love saving and finding deals! 🙌🏻

I use a app called smart tasks to help me stay on track in my busy schedule. As a teacher Time management and getting tasks done is so important. The app helps me create and check off my daily tasks as I go through the day and keeps me on track! I’m reading this from Corpus Christi, Texas!

What keeps us organized and also working in the school system, calendars and organizers are everything to us. My husband and I have a family email connected to our phones so that will have all schedules of everything synced to that calendar which is synced to our phones. Our kids layout their clothes for the week. And I wake up and pack their lunches every morning. We also preplan our family dinners for the week and make sure that each dinner doesn’t take more than 30 mins. Great way to get our kiddos involved too.
A tip I use is my iphone calendar and and written calendar color coded and pretty LOL I need to have it on both or I will miss appointments or things I need to do 😂 and I’m from TAMPA FLORIDA 🌴 ☀️
