If you’ve purchased Clif Bar products in the past, you might be eligible for a settlement. Clif Bar & Company has agreed to a proposed settlement due to claims that their Clif Bars and Zbars were misleadingly labeled as healthy, despite their added sugar content (Clif Bar denies the accusation). This settlement covers purchases made between April 2014 and March 2013 in California or New York, and from March 2019 to March 2023 in any other state.
Here’s the good news: you can claim up to $2.50 per item without proof of purchase, and up to $7.50 per item if you have proof. Just remember, the deadline to submit your claim is November 25th, 2024.
To make your claim, you can submit it online or send it by mail to the following address:
Bars Class Action Administrator
P.O Box 671
Baton Rouge, LA 70821
If you’re interested in more class action for 2024, check out our compilation here. Don’t miss out on any potential refunds!
Thank you! I did the claim however there was no way to submit proof of purchase… maybe later on?
Hey Amry! You can upload your proof of purchase during the third step of submitting your claim under Purchase History. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you’ll find a part for documentation where you can upload a maximum of 20 files. Hope that helps!
