I have had a negative experience with Birchbox twice. like a lot of subscription products, they often do not stop charging when you cancel. I had to cancel my card & get a new one before they stopped charging my account 3 months after canceling and receiving no box. when I saw this ad about a month ago, I ordered again. (ikr, but I forgot about prior until my significant other reminded me about the terrible experience. In hopes that it was better, I customized my box. I didn’t receive anything I requested & only 1 thing in the box is something I would use. canceling so wish me luck.

I love Birchbox!!!! They give great samples, and you can purchase other collaboration bags (I loved Birchbox and Amika). They also have where you can order extra packs for certain things (I bought a pack that had tons of shampoo and conditioner trials for ladies with straight hair). Birchbox has never let me down!
