I did everything I was supposed to do and I still haven’t seen anything show up in my account. Nothing pending on the app and I spent way more than just $15. So please help me with this issue. The date on my receipt is for 9/26/2024 which now has been plenty of time for the $15 to show up in my account as either pending or even cash out. I’m so sorry to hear you feel this way. These offers are tricky since only new members can score it, plus the steps must be followed correctly and sometimes people miss cash back because of some silly computer errors (this these for example: “Do not close the window, open any new tabs, or use non-TopCashback approved coupons while checking out”). Let’s hope the cash will be in your account soon since only seven days passed from your purchase. If you want to make sure everything went well, try contacting TCB directly and explaining to them your situation.

One last question I hope. I still have my receipt for my purchase at Dollar Tree for yesterday evening after I received the offer for $15 cash back. So what you’re saying is to hold onto it until at least 7 days have passed before I put my claim in. Am I even close to being right. Ty
As I understood you followed the steps from the post and went through the sign up process? $15 Cash Back will appear in your account within 7 days, and the amount will become payable within 14 days. I think you should be able to see a pending cash back notification in your account as of now.
