Could I get some advice on my TCB account? So, I didn’t know that I had already made an account with TCB until I tried to set up one recently, and when I was updating my email information I noticed that I have $10 on my account that says it’s “PENDING”. So, does anyone know how I can redeem the $10?
Hi Stephanie! Seems like you already got a cash back from another deal. Here’s what I found on TCB site: “Providing you have some transactions which have become Payable, you can request a payout at any time. To do this, please go to the Payout section of your account where you will then see the available payout options and the amount due. Simply press the Payable button on your chosen method of payout.” Hope that helps!
I cannot find the Payout Section on my account?
Hey! Login to your account, then on the top right corner of the page click on ‘Account’ button where you’ll see your Account overview. From there click on ‘View all earnings’ and then on ‘Payout’ button on the gray toolbar. Then look for the Payable button. Click on it and follow the steps. Just make sure you have linked the TCB to your bank account. Hope that helps!

Hey there! You can go to your Profile then Payout where you would see the “add Bank Transfer details” and “add PayPal details” options.
OMG I used it about 2 hours ago or so and I was able to use a coupon on my purchase as well that was from Walgreens rewards program and guys it works!! Got a confirmation email that the $15 will bounce back to me. I also had a $5 off coupon for L’Oréal Paris product and I’m paying .32 cents for the hyaluronic acid serum.
