when I try to create a new account it’s says I have 1 already.. when I try to sign in and retrieve my password it says I don’t have an account with them..lol
Hey Jessi! Did you maybe try another email address if possible? If you use the same one the system will recognize you as a user and it won’t let you create a new account under the same name/email address.
