I love this deal, I use it for the museums I prefer or want to go by myself, like the arts museums, you can stroll leisurely and for free 🙂

Hello there! To get your free ticket, all you have to do is present your active Bank of America, Merrill or Bank of America Private Bank (U.S. Trust) credit or debit card with your ID to a participating cultural institution. Also, the free admission is valid for the cardholder only, and you’ll have to pay for your child’s ticket. Hope this explains it!

Hi there! I’m not entirely sure about their rule on joint accounts. It’s not specifically mentioned on their site. It only says “Museums on Us is available to Bank of America, Merrill or Bank of America Private Bank (U.S. Trust) credit or debit cardholders. One free general admission is limited to the individual cardholder.” I suggest you can call the participating museum ahead to ask and confirm how many free admissions you and your husband’s accounts are eligible for.

And for the kids, the offer is only available for credit or debit cardholders so I believe they will have to pay for the admission fee. But they seem to be lenient with kids’ admission fees so it wouldn’t hurt to ask about about it too when you contact the museum and see how they can honor it for your kiddos.
