• FREE Netflix for Select T-Mobile Users!

Want to watch Netflix for free? As part of their promotion called ‘Netflix on Us’, T-Mobile is offering free Netflix to select users. Now you can stream your favorite movies and shows across any device – TV, computer, tablet, or phone. Please note that this offer is available for users who have at least one line of the Magenta Max, Go5G Plus or Go5G Next plans or users who have two or more lines of any type of Go5G or Magenta plan.

You will be getting a Netflix Standard (with Ads) subscription for free, but users have the option to upgrade their Netflix plan to Netflix Standard or Netflix Premium and pay the difference between the two plans. Just go to your Add-Ons page on your T-Mobile profile to activate your free Netflix account.

Please note that if you already have a Netflix account, it may take one or two Netflix billing cycles for your billing to transfer to T-Mobile.

To Activate Your Netflix Subscription Here’s What To Do:

    • Log in to your My T-Mobile account on the web or the T-Mobile app to redeem this offer on eligible plans.
    • Select ACCOUNT, then ADD-ONS next to the Primary Account Holder’s line.
    • Select MANAGE DATA & ADD-ONS, then SERVICES to select your desired Netflix add-on. Continue to follow the prompts to link an existing Netflix account, or to create a new Netflix account and link it to your T-Mobile account.
    • Sign up for Netflix or change your service
    • Enjoy Netflix!

In addition to Netflix On Us deal, T-Mobile customers can also get Hulu (with ads) free for one year and Apple TV+ free for one year for a limited time!

I already had Netflix and wasn’t willing to downgrade to get it free so now instead of paying $20 a month I only pay $7 with this deal.

Does anyone know if this impacts the sprint users who migrated into Sprint and currently get Hulu free?

Hey Chell! Simply follow the steps highlighted above, and if you have an existing account, just change your service to enjoy this deal. Better yet, it’s best to get in touch with T-Mobile customer service. Hope this answers your question.

Is it free Netflix for a year? Or just free “forever” being a T-Mobile customer?

Hey Michelle! As long as you maintain 1 qualifying Magenta Max line (for Netflix Basic) or 2+ qualifying Magenta lines (for Netflix Standard) in good standing, your subscription will be active. However, they did put a disclaimer saying that like all plans, features may change or be discontinued at any time. You can find more info here. Hope that helps!
