I am trying to create an account on Epic Games to get the free weekly game. There is nowhere on the page to create an account? When I click on Sign in or create, it just asks for my password, like I am already a member. I tried asking customer service, but they won’t take my question unless I am signed in! Help?
Hey Jan! You should click on the login icon at the top right corner of the page. When you click on it you will be asked to enter your email. After that the software will recognize if you don’t have an account and will ask you for your birth date and other info in order to complete your registration. Hope this helps!
