Does anybody know what maximum quantity of one means? does that mean only one photo or does that mean only one pet?

Although I don’t have a pet of my own, my roommate has a beautiful, sweet loving pit bull – her name is Baby Girl. Just seems like a great idea. Maybe to make into Christmas Cards, perhaps. Thank you PetSmart!
