Thank you so much just ordered mine. My district had discontinued this and they recently asked to return it but my daughter had a lot of work to do since sheâs still a little behind and was in Summer School.
You’re so welcome Sandra! I’m so happy to hear that this opportunity came at just the right time for your daughter, especially with her ongoing studies and school commitments. Having a reliable internet access nowadays can really make a big difference in education. Best of luck to your daughter with her studies, and I hope this resource helps her catch and excel!

I am so glad that they will send you a new one Alma!
Hi, would anyone know how to report the hotspot lost or stolen someone stole my hotspot from my car yesterday and I came into T-Mobile and they couldn’t help me.
Hey Alma! I am so sorry to hear that has happened to you! Also, T-Mobile has a procedure on their website referring to lost or stolen devices. You can check it out here. Can you let me know what answer you’ve gotten from T-Mobile?
Thank you for the update đ
I’m actually been trying to figure out the same issue and this is the first ‘lead’ I’ve been able to find about solving it but i followed the link on replacement device policies and what not and I’m honestly still not understanding how to proceed.
This would be awesome to have as itâs needed for my family!
Hi I have two kids could I get one for each
Hi Alma! Yes, they are eligible to apply. However, only one free T-Mobile hotspot device per household is allowed. Hope that helps.
Glad i could help!
On the application itâs asking for a phone number and when i enter my number it says itâs not a t-mobile phone number and it doesnât let me go further. It said that you do not have to have a T-Mobile number to apply. So Iâm confused as to why I canât complete the application. Any help would be much appreciated ! â¤ď¸
it’s for T-mobile customers only.
I am not a T-mobile costumer and I got approved
The application doesnât require you to be a T-Mobile customer. If you are trying to register and account with T-Mobile then it will give you that message?
I been trying to apply through the application and for some reason itâs still telling me that.
