I am and have been apart of them. I’m not sure what changed with them. But I use to get points just for using my phone and computer on a daily. Now I get the emails and I have no points. I use my phone daily and I use my computer daily. Not worth downloading on your phone and computer and they are something we use daily.

Oh! So you got a response from them right? Did they suggest reinstalling the app?
Yes I did. I’ve been with the company for a few years and never had a problem until about a year and a half ago that’s when I noticed I wasn’t getting any points. All my info is updated with them also.
That’s very strange. I would reach out to them again and say that reinstalling the app didn’t work. Maybe they have other solution. Maybe you should change your email address. Will you keep me posted please?
