I really like them! The items I’ve purchased with them were really good quality.Like she said just pay attention to reviews. I also was super impressed with customer service, I had some things that weren’t delivered or weren’t sent the wrong item and was refunded money. You can choose between temu credit which is instant or your card you paid for within a week or so! Right now if you use Cash App to pay for your items you can get 15% off ! You have to shop within the Cash App, so the easiest way I found to do this is to put only the items in your cart you want to check out with on the Temu app or website.Then go over to the Cash App and check out there.

I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on orders in the last two years and I always pay using Paypal. About 75% of the items were fine. The rest was either much smaller than pictured, or the items were soo cheap (toys) they did not last long. WARNING: their adult women’s clothing sizes are WAY off! Even though they claim to be in US sizes. The L is supposedly an 8-10 size but I have found that the XL size (12-14, which I wear) is HUGE on me. I’ve not ordered any men’s clothing. The best items I have ordered have been the toddler clothes. They have great pricing and 95% of them have been of good quality. Although they sometimes also run large, I know my grandson can eventually wear them. The other items I’ve been impressed with are their stainless steel drink cups. I have ordered 8 cups of different sizes and they do keep drinks cold/hot for quite some time. Lastly, their estimated shipping times seem to be getting longer and longer, as do the actual shipping times. They do have a shipping promise of giving you $5 if your order is not delivered by their estimated date. I have automatically received $5 from them many times because my orders got held up along the way.

I love Temu. I can’t stop ordering from them. I’ve ordered something that was too large and they gave me refund and suggested that I could keep the product , donate it or give it away. So I gave it to a friend and reordered it. Their products are good quality. They ship from the U.S. now. Less shipping days.

I love Temu!!!! I mean just like shein you need to read the reviews. Not all of the things are good but that’s with everything we buy from China. I can see in the comments about it being in China. So what? Most of the stuff we have in the US is imported from China, india, Jordan. Look at your clothes and labels they aren’t US made (generally)

It’s definitely a mess on their end. Hundred of their vendors showed up at their office to protest. They say Temu is putting them out of business because they fine them if consumers request a return or refund. I personally avoid them.

Okay, but what are the negatives? Several people I know have had their bank accounts hacked.
Also, wonder why stuff is so cheap…. Wonder if it has something to do with the awful labor practices there. Hm.
They’re garbage really…the only things that I bought that were worth it (and I have bought a lot from there) were bathroom rugs, a dog collar, socks, and some jars for makeup. Everything else was either not as described or broke within 3 uses.
