On August 30th, there is a court hearing upon which a Class Action settlement concerning Costco Flushable Wipes will be either approved or discarded. However, in order to be prepared for a possible eligibility for claiming some cash back through it, you need to submit a claim by August 9th! You don’t need to provide a proof of your purchase in order to submit your claim or file an objection.
Who is eligible for this settlement?
If you have purchased the Kirkland Signature Moist Flushable Wipes in the period between July 1, 2011 and May 31, 2017 and in the State of New York, you may become eligible for a payment of one dollar and thirty cents ($1.30) for each Product unit that you purchased during the aforementioned Settlement Class Period.
