My daughter had this, she liked it but moved out on her own. She canceled her service to save money. For a year now they have not charged her account but they keep sending monthly scents. Even after multiple emails
But she did enjoy the service while paying and still enjoys it even though she’s tried to tell them she no longer pays for it. All you can do is inform them I guess lol
