I love Ninja/Shark but if there’s an issue and you need a replacement it’s an ordeal. I wish they were a little more customer service friendly when it came to returns.

I haven’t owned a Ninja/Shark product yet so this is very helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I hope they will have better customer service soon.

        • I own MANY and I love them. I ran into an issue with my coffee maker, which by the way, makes the most phenomenal coffee. They require you to box and pay shipping to them for replacement product. A serious pain depending on your situation, ie, disability, rural areas, lack of transportation, or even lack or printer. Most companies are excelling in customer service. I was surprised they were falling short in this regard. Or maybe I’m just too used to Amazon.

Ahh yes, Amazon does make returns really easy based on my experience too. So I totally understand how your return experience with Ninja/Shark might feel trickier and harder.
