Nope. The option to get the chili Chris shrimp is not there. You get all the way to the end and it tells you that the code is not valid for your order because you do not have the option to order the chili shrimp even though I’m in the store and if it is available . As usual panda express is a disappointment. Avoid this store and this app. It’s a waste of time. It’s a Bait And Switch.
So sorry to hear you feel this way. Seems like the deal is no longer available. Note that it was available at participating locations only. Maybe that’s why it wasn’t available to you or it could be that they ended the offer due to high demand. Hope this makes sense.
The free offer was posted at the top of the app when you went there to order it, with a picture of the chili shrimp bowl saying free with purchase. To keep that up and not put some kind of note it’s unavailable now is unconscionable. You’re immediately required to select a store that is participating and I was at a store that was participating trying to use the app. I believe it was a Bait And Switch. You can’t order the free meal and I’ll let you get to the very end. Hoping you don’t catch that you’re not getting the free one. This isn’t the first time Panda has been difficult to maneuver. There are various restaurant apps that are absolute garbage. Del Taco is one of them. Don’t even bother with panda express in Del Taco. They are an absolute waste of time.
I am really sorry to hear you had a bad experience with this deal and that it was difficult to score. Hoping in future they offer more deals, and you manage to score without any issues on their side. Also, I will mark this post as expired right away, as it’s not available anymore.
was an option for me as well. don’t count it all out just have to read all the info . they aren’t always offered st all places with any coupon or discount. just maybe call first to make sure before going through all the trouble.
Good luck getting a place like not to pick up the phone. I did indeed try to call and after 15 rings, it said no one is available. I went to the store and asked if it was available and they shrug saying it’s all online, but they did have chili shrimp right then. I don’t make excuses for these things. This is clearly a bait and switch. This is just more corporate greed. Call it what it is people. Don’t make excuses for someone trying to pick your pocket.
it reqlly must have been just wrong place bad experience and day for you all. I know people now who have been able to work this. I’ve used the app for a few yrs w no issues. it sucks you are feeling so awful and turned away from them now.
I got more frustrated when I do things on all these apps that the stores always claim they have no idea how to so anything on their app and or thry aren’t ever actually connected to it so can’t help. gerr
That happened to me with the Target app. regarding free Apple subscriptions. I downloaded Target app., registered and then at the end NOTHING!
