Seresto has agreed to a class action settlement to resolve claims that they falsely labeled and marketed that Seresto products would provide 8 months of protection from fleas and ticks while at the same time failing to disclose that they presented health risks to pets that wore the products.
The class period includes purchases of Seresto products for personal use and not for resale on or before July 8th. Eligible class members can receive $12 per product purchased, up to $26 per pet without proof of purchase – no limit with proof of purchase, and $25 for pet injuries.
To submit a claim, simply fill out the form here on or before July 23rd. No proof of purchase is required. See the full details of the settlement here and submit your claim here! See other class action settlements here!
