Hi Chloe! I haven’t tried this particular offer yet but if it helps, when I subscribe for similar subscription offers, I usually set a reminder (with an alarm! lol) on my phone’s calendar before the end of the subscription.
I wrote it on my wall calendar to cancel at the end of December just like I wrote my family’s appointments
