Everyone is excited about Sales Tax Holidays because during this time you can save money by shopping tax-free on select items like school supplies, computers, clothing, and more. Many online retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target participate as well. Please note that each state may have specific items that are not eligible, so make sure to check out their lists.

- Maryland August 11 – 17 – clothing & shoes up to $100/item, the first $40 of a backpack purchase.
- Massachusetts August 10 – 11 – retail items of up to $2,500, purchased in Massachusetts for personal use
- Texas August 9 – 11 – clothing and shoes up to $100/item, school supplies & backpacks up to $100/item.

Hello! As per the Arkansas 2024 Sales Tax Holiday, all retailers are required to participate and may not charge tax on items that are legally tax-exempt during the Sales Tax Holiday. Hope that helps!
