If you received a prerecorded call from UnitedHealthcare to your cell phone between January 9th, 2015 and January 9th, 2019 and you were not a UnitedHealthcare member at the time of the call, you may be eligible for a class action settlement payment. This settlement has been proposed to end a class action lawsuit against United HealthCare Services for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
